Pneumatic Vacuum Conveying Technology

The vacuum conveyor uses a vacuum pump (venturi or mechanical) to create negative pressure that draws powder and granules through an enclosed pipeline from a pickup point to a receiving hopper. The material is separated from the air stream by a filter, and discharged through a valve. This fully enclosed system provides 100% dust-free transfer — critical for pharmaceutical, food, chemical (hazardous), and battery (sensitive) applications.
