DPM double paddle mixers combine counter-rotating shafts and a W-shaped trough for intensive mixing of pastes, doughs, slurries and wet materials.

Mixing principle
Two counter-rotating shafts use overlapping paddle blades to divide, fold and recombine material. The design is intended for demanding, high-viscosity materials where complete discharge and intensive working action matter.

Double shafts paddle mixer is high-performance mixer for powder, granules, liquid additives, short fibres, etc. like for mixing moistening, agglomerating, and granulating material, which is widely used in food, feed, chemical, dry mortar industries etc.
With the most powerful motor and double shaft paddle structure, material can be mixed evenly in the shortest time. It is particularly good at mixing material with big difference in gravity, mesh size, fluidity. Four or two hatches on the side of the machine (depending on the size of the mixer) ensure easy and hygienic cleaning of the system.

paddle mixer is a high-precision blending machine that can achieve excellent mixing results even when the materials have significant differences in density, particle size, and proportions. This is due to the rapid and intense tumbling and scattering of the materials by the interlaced paddle blades.

For large-scale mixers with a capacity of over 6 cubic meters, an inline gearbox is used to increase torque and reduce maintenance rates, effectively addressing some of the previous drawbacks.

To reduce the cost of replacing vulnerable parts, the paddle blades can be made in a two-piece design. A movable small blade is placed on the blade base, allowing for direct replacement of worn-out small blades. This approach is economical and efficient.

Standard valve for double shaft paddle mixer is twin pneumatic planar flap valves. When close the valve, the planar flaps match the mixing barrel perfectly, this makes no mixing dead zone and better mixing effect.
