Enclosed Screw Conveying Technology

The screw conveyor (also called an auger conveyor) uses a rotating helical screw blade inside a tube or trough to move powder and granular materials. Based on Archimedes' screw principle, the rotating flight pushes material along the enclosed casing, providing dust-free transfer. Screw conveyors are the workhorse of powder handling — reliable, low-maintenance, and capable of horizontal, inclined (0-45°), or vertical transport. Our SC/LS series features SS304/316L construction with multiple inlet/outlet positions, reversible operation, and choice of shafted or shaftless screw designs. Ideal for construction materials, chemicals, food powders, and battery materials.
