OVERVIEW
The V-shape mixer consists of two cylindrical vessels joined at a 75-90° angle to form a "V". As the V-shaped vessel rotates, material continuously splits and recombines at the apex, creating an efficient asymmetric mixing action. This design achieves excellent uniformity (CV ≤ 5%) without shear force, preserving particle integrity. The V-shape mixer is available from 5L lab-scale models (ideal for R&D and formulation development) to 3,000L production units. Lab models feature a transparent polycarbonate safety guard and quick-release clamps for easy vessel removal and cleaning between batches.
