OVERVIEW
The powder packing machine uses a precision auger (screw) filling system driven by a servo motor for exact volumetric dosing. The machine automatically forms bags from roll film, fills them with powder, and seals them — all in one continuous operation. A weighing feedback system continuously adjusts the auger rotation to maintain ±0.2–0.5% accuracy. The touchscreen HMI allows operators to set fill weight, speed, and temperature parameters. Quick-change forming tubes and augers enable fast product changeover. Available filling systems include auger (standard), volumetric cup, net weigh, and multi-head weigher for high-speed applications.
