Once your powder is mixed, the next step is packaging. Saturn Machinery offers two complementary packing systems: automatic powder packing machines (PPM series) for 100g to 25kg pouches, bags, and sachets — and big bag filling machines (BBP series) for 500kg to 1,500kg FIBCs / bulk bags. Choose from four metering technologies (auger, volumetric cup, net weigh, multi-head) and multiple package types (pillow, gusset, stand-up, 4-side seal). Every unit features SS304 contact parts, PLC control, and CE + ISO 9001 certification.

Automatic Powder Packing Machine
High-speed pouch packaging with auger, volumetric cup, net weigh, or multi-head weigher. Pillow, gusset, stand-up, and 4-side seal formats. Powder types: free-flowing, semi-free-flowing, cohesive, dusty.
Big Bag Packing Machine
Gravity-fed bulk bag filling for FIBCs / bulk bags. Hanging hook system with inflatable neck seal. Net-weigh or gross-weigh options. Ideal for minerals, chemicals, grains, and construction materials.

Doypack with bottom gusset. Premium shelf presence. Zip-lock option available for re-sealable packaging.
