Chemical industry complete production line
This integrated line is engineered for the demanding environment of chemical powder processing. A horizontal ribbon mixer sits at its centre, fed by screw conveyors and followed by automated packaging — so fillers, pigments and active compounds move from intake to sealed bag without manual handling.
Working in a fully controlled and, where required, contained environment, the system delivers fast, uniform mixing in 5–15 minutes. Batch integrity is preserved throughout, while dust and vapour stay inside the line — which is what makes the same design work for corrosive or volatile powders.
